Important Update About COVID-19 & Holiday Shipping

We want you to know that the health and well-being of our employees and our community will always be our top priority, and we realize this is a stressful time for our parents and parents to be.

Once your order is dispatched, you will either be contacted to set up a delivery appointment or you will be sent an email notification with a tracking number for the delivery. Some orders will have a combination of different shipping methods.


White glove service includes a two (2) person delivery team, one flight of stairs, placement in your room of choice, light assembly, unpacking and removal of packing materials upon request. Homes with more than one flight of stairs are subject to an additional fee of $25 per additional flight.

  • White glove service representative will contact you within 10-14 business days to coordinate a 4-hour window delivery appointment. Deliveries are made for Monday through Friday, during normal business hours of 8am – 5pm.

Please notify us by replying to the confirmation email if delivery requires more than one flight of stairs, or if any other delivery challenges may occur when obtaining entry into your home, e.g. insurance required before entering the building, so that we can make appropriate delivery arrangements.

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts will incur an additional fee of $99.


Room of choice service includes a two (2) person delivery team and placement in your room of choice. This service does not include stairs, removal of packaging or assembly/setup. Homes with stairs are subject to $25 per flight.

    No signature is required for this delivery.  Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email notification with tracking information.


    Can I choose a different shipping method or carrier?

    Sorry, but customers cannot request alternate shipping methods or carriers. We select shipping carriers and services based on how we can currently best provide customers with good value and high quality of service.

    Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

    Sorry, in order to provide you with the best service we require a street address to set up proper white glove/LTL delivery.

    What payment methods does accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. In addition, we also accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay. We are unable to process credit cards with an international address. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    When will you charge me for my order?

    When placing your order, your credit or debit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of the purchase upon completing checkout. Payment will only be collected (captured) from your card when your order is dispatched.

    Will I be charged tax?

    It depends on your order's shipping destination. will collect sales tax for orders shipping to AL, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MI, MD, MA, MN, MS, NE,NM,  NV, NC, ND, OH,  OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WV.  Tax for these states is calculated and added to your order after entering your shipping address during checkout.


    • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
    • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
    • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 1-2 business days where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 2-3 business days for shipments to be dispatched.
    • Please note that all sales are final once an order has shipped. We will do our best to honor any orders cancelled before shipment, but recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.


    Ubabub (Million Dollar Baby Co.) insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Ubabub (The MDB Family) and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
