You can check your order's status using the link on your email confirmation.

In general, orders received by 11:30pm PST will ship the following business day. Orders received after 11:30pm will ship within two business days. When your order ships, we'll send you an email notification with tracking information.

We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse.

If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your statements.

Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.

Note that we can't redirect orders once they already on their way to you. Please check that your order and shipping address are correct when placing your order.

When placing your order, your credit or debit card will be pre-authorized for the order's total amount. Payment will be collected (captured) from your card when your order ships.
